Does Your "IF" Have Options?--- Darnyelle A. Jervey
Sound familiar? It probably does if your Incredible Factor doesn't currently offer several options, at least three, for people to work with you.
I don't want that for you. Today, I'm clear that you’ve got to offer options so your clients can find a place to fit into to solve the problem they have using your products, services and systems. So how do you present them in such a way that they invoke your prospects to take action?
If you want to attract more prospects and turn them into clients who pay, you've got to give them a few different options - people LOVE options because they feel like they are in control of the buying decision. Think about it, you go to the supermarket to buy laundry detergent and you are not married to any particular brand, you see all your options and make the best choice based on a series of variables. Well, your prospects are no different; they want to be presented with options so they can make the best choice for them. It's your job to give them what they need to decide to buy from you.
When I began to offer a few different options, I began to sign up more and more clients for my programs and I know you can get excited at the thought of doing the same.
Here are my recommendations:
1. Offer different price points of service so there is one for every budget. Take away value as you reduce the price. Think about having a super size, large and regular option. Build your super size option first with everything you can offer and scale down from there. As the price reduces, so does the value and the offerings. This will allow you to feel comfortable with your pricing because you've got varying levels for them to get on board to work with you. Many will go for the super size option but others will select your regular option. And no matter which option they choose, it's okay! And that, Incredible One, will improve your confidence and ultimately grow your business.
2. Provide some form of incentive or bonus if they choose your super size option. Offer something irresistible that makes the super size option more desirable and the ONLY option if they really want your Incredible Factor to solve their problem.
3. Give your options results-oriented names so that the prospect can get clear on what they can expect from each option.
4. Describe what's included in each package and share the price at the end, telling them that they can pay in full OR make payments. You want to consider and work on the prices until you feel comfortable offering what you will offer at the price that you set (many shopping cart utilities offer split-testing). There’s no right or wrong price; it’s based on what you feel the value and services each option will provide are worth in the marketplace. Hint: The more private or one-on-one time you offer, the higher the price should be.
5. Study your options until you feel good and can say them without stuttering or flinching, especially when it comes to telling them the price and when you are ready, start offering your new and improved options to your prospects.
Trust me, following these simple steps will give your Incredible Factor options and increase your client count almost instantly.

Describing Your Incredible Factor for Results-Darnyelle A. Jervey
Are you using the power of your tongue to describe your Incredible Factor so others see you as the ONLY solution to their growing problem?
Let me put it this way, if your Incredible Factor's purpose is to create income on a full or part time basis, then you've got to get clear on exactly how to describe what you do so others see you as the only solution and prepare to take action to get you to solve their problem. Here are my tips:
1. Focus on the benefits you offer and the solutions you provide and NOT the actual process you take clients through. If you focus on anything other than the results you provide, you are being self-centered and even though you are talking about your Incredible Factor, it's about them, not you. You already know you're the bomb but because they do not, you may self-destruct. We want others to feel the impact of your explosion. Trust me, it works.
2. Determine exactly who benefits from your product or service, that's right, I'm talking about identifying your ideal client. Not knowing this is a serious mistake. If you are naive enough to believe that you help everyone, that may be why your Incredible Factor is not paying off in the form of clients or income. You must identify the one exact person who has the problem that you solve and who is ready to spend money RIGHT NOW to solve it. Period. Anyone else who hears you describe your Incredible Factor and takes action is butter.
3. Create a power statement that includes: your company name, the problem you've identified, your gift, those who benefit from your gift and the problem you solve. Use the following formula to ensure it is widely effective: I help X do Y so that they can Z. x=ideal client, y=problem you solve, z=the result they achieve.
4. Have a client success story that illustrates results ready should time permit. I recommend making it one with quantitative results. Remember the 5 motivators and ensure that the problem you solve and the success story you choose touches on at least one.
5. Be passionate and enthusiastic. If you can't get excited about Your Incredible Factor don't expect anyone else to.
Once you are done describing your Incredible Factor, ask them what they do and ask them what challenges they are currently facing. Listen to determine if you can solve their problem. If you can, speak up!

5 Keys for Backing Away From the Incredible SNATCHERS--Darnyelle A. Jervey
Now, many of you are allowing what the Incredible SNATCHERS have to say to keep you from playing big…they don’t like that you’re succeeding, you quit your job and are making entrepreneurship look effortless, etc. Well, I am admonishing you this week to once and for all stop allowing yourself to be stifled because of what they think of you. Honestly, when you realize that their purpose is to stop you from serving the world in a big way, I think it will make it easier for you to back away.
For one minute, close your eyes and imagine that you are a star in the sky on a dark summer night. In fact, in this visualization, you are the only star. If, because of your Incredible SNATCHERS you dim or completely turn off your light, the world would be in darkness. You, not shining to full capacity would prevent others from being able to see their greatness. Now open your eyes, and ask yourself if you really want that to happen?
I’m going to take a wild guess and state that the answer is no. So, if you’re with me, here are 5 keys that are sure to help you successfully back away from your Incredible SNATCHERS:
1. Recall your vision and mission. A lot of times we get distracted from our purpose and in that distraction we forget what we are supposed to be doing. As an entrepreneur, you are supposed to be solving problems for your ideal clients. Take some time to get to a quiet place and remind yourself of why you are doing what you do. Get refreshed so you can get back to work.
2. Complete a circle of influence review. Are you spending too much time with your SNATCHERS? Because the majority of your SNATCHERS have the same maiden name as you, it’s probably safe to say that you see them on a regular basis. What I recommend is that you complete an assessment and grade each person you find yourself spending significant portions of time with. If they add value, give them a plus. If they cause drama, give them a minus. If they don’t move you one way or another, give them a slash sign. Plus signs get to stay; minus signs need to get less and less of your time and slash signs need to move one way or the other because you can’t straddle the fence of who you share your incredible with.
3. Set clear intentions. When you set clear intentions for your life and business, you will be better able to ensure that you are holding fast to them and you will also allow the universe to conspire on your behalf to make your intentions true for you.
4. Join a mastermind group to spend time with people who are your peers in business. Sharing space with positive entrepreneurs who like you are growing a business, will give you more drive and determination to reach your goals. Remember, your income is the average of the 5 people with whom you spend the majority of your time.
5. Learn to say no. Just because a SNATCHER asks you for something doesn’t mean you have to make yourself available to offer it to them. Begin to say no to them so that you can say yes to your purpose and destiny.
Being an entrepreneur is challenging enough without having SNATCHERS add fuel to the fire. By determining which simple, yet effective strategies will work for you, you will be able to not only back away, but also bring more positive into your business so you can send more positive out to the world you serve.

How to Manage and Maximize Your Business Relationships - Darnyelle A. Jervey
When busy entrepreneurs network without a system, they lose key prospects and strategic partners in the shuffle. Although all would agree that networking is essential to growing a small business; most would equally agree that following up can present a serious nightmare for those who are not prepared for the influx of contacts that can meet over the course of one week.As a business coach who teaches one of the essential marketing streams for your business is networking, I have helped my clients to develop a systematic approach to managing new contacts so that they can maximize their relationships and keep Top Of Mind Awareness (TOMA)
Here are my tips and an assignment to help you do the same:
1. When you are meeting a prospect for the first time, be sure that when you’ve walked away from them to make notes on their business card. Doing so will help you later as you sift through all the cards you collected to determine who are ideal client prospects or potential strategic partners for your business.
2. Have stationary made with your company logo, tagline and contact information so it becomes effortless for you to send a quick hand written note to your prospect or new connection.
3. Make sure you make the first contact within 48 hours. This contact should be with a personal touch – meaning refrain from sending an email. Most people’s inbox is already overflowing with requests that seldom get reviewed. Your goal should be to stand out from the crowd and using a handwritten note, personal phone call (even if they don’t answer, leave a voice mail) or use video messaging to get and keep their attention while extending your reach in the TOMA category in their minds.
4. Within 2 weeks, you should be in touch with a hot connection again, this time to deepen that initial contact – with coffee, lunch, a conference call, or other type of meeting….you should be prepared, having done your due diligence. You should have fully researched their company and identified ways that you can help them based on your product and/or service as well as how they can help you (if a strategic partnership is the goal).
5. Your next touch point and each subsequent touch point should occur within 2 months. Perhaps you are just touching base with them via telephone or you send them an article that reminded them of a previous conversation the two of you entertained together. The point is, you want to remain on their radar so as soon as they develop the problem that you solve – or someone they know does, you are the only solution that comes to mind.
Your assignment:
Look through the business cards you collected last week and sort them in three categories:
1. Ideal prospect
2. Strategic partner
3. Not a good contact for me or anyone I know
Once sorted, prepare your follow up strategy by asking yourself the following questions:
1. How is this a good contact for me?
2. What do I have to offer this contact?
3. What does this contact have to offer me?
4. What follow up strategy will I use to stay connected to them?
5. How will I stand out from the crowd in my interactions with them?
Repeat until you have a full blown plan for each new contact for that week and do the same thing each week going forward.

5 Keys for Being More Authentic in Business - Darnyelle A. Jervey

5 Keys for Being Authentic in Business
When you're a new entrepreneur, it is easy to see others doing what you desire to do and decide that the best thing to do is copy them. I do not recommend that because the grass is seldom greener on the other side. If we just learn how to consistently water our own grass, we will soon have grass that is just as green. The same holds true in business. Instead of trying to be like your competition, get MAD - make authentic decisions about the way you will operate your business.
I recommend that you take some time to "Inspect the Incredible," or complete a self-assessment, business plan review and strategic outline of your business goals and assess why you started your business, what makes you different.
Your Incredible Factor (your secret sauce, signature business move, unique selling proposition and hot undeniable gift all rolled up into a yummy client magnetic package) is the first clue that will enable you to serve your ideal clients despite what's happening on the other side.
To grow your business in true authenticity, I recommend the following tips and you should complete this process every 90 days in your business to ensure that you are always being authentic to your purpose, gifting, goals and objectives and ideally your customers.
- Clarify the reason why you started your business. Your "why" is not about you; it should be about those who will benefit from your gift. If, when you ask yourself why you are in business you say, "to make money;" "to increase my lifestyle," or "to show my naysayers that I could do it," you've missed the point and should get a job as you will never achieve your goals when you are selfish-minded and narrow-focused.
- Ensure that your gifting is completely innate in you. As an entrepreneur, you will trade working 8 hours a day for someone else for working 24 hours a day for yourself, so be sure that your gift is innate and you could do it all the time, without break because you will have to.
- Surround yourself with people who support and edify you. It will get tough and having the right circle of influence will make the difference. You should evaluate your circle as often as needed to make sure you always have the right mix directly next to you and your goals. Don't be afraid to let friends go. Everyone is not for every season and you have lives to change and it's very challenging with lots of dead weight.
- Set authentic goals. You want to be sure that your goals resonate with you on the deepest level- in your core. Set goals you can't wait to achieve, illustrating a desire to do whatever it takes to make them happen. Ensure that the goals you set for yourself and your business correspond to a problem that needs to be solved in the marketplace. It should be a problem you can solve easily and effortlessly because the solution is innate in you. This, my friend is authentic business at its best.
- Establish a vision statement, a mission statement, a brand statement and a power statement you can share openly, easily and effortlessly as needed. This will ensure that others understand the value you offer to the marketplace through your authenticity.
Before you can get to the profits and loss of doing business, you should be clear that the business you endeavor to offer to the marketplace not only resonates with you on the deepest levels but it authentically solves a problem. If you solve a problem with your gifts and talents, your business will profit - not only you, but those you serve.

It's Cheaper to Keep Her - Low Cost Strategies to Retain Ideal Clients - Darnyelle A. Jervey

It's Cheaper to Keep Her - Low Cost Strategies to Retain Ideal Clients
It's one problem that everyone in business wants to be able to solve: how in the world do we build clients and customers for life without spending all we earn to keep them?
Perhaps you've never considered this insightful phrase relevant in business, but "it is cheaper to keep her." It's true; customer retention is still 4-5 times less expensive than securing a new client.
Okay, Darnyelle, that sounds good but how in the world do I do it? Well, first you must create a system. A Customer Relationship Management System that will allow you to keep in touch with all of your clients/customers even once they are done with your current program or after they purchased that stand alone product from your website.
By the way, yes I did say system. I told you, you need a system for EVERYTHING you do in your business - well, that is if you want to create wealth without creating a ton of more work.
I'm sure you've heard of TOMA - Top of Mind Awareness - if you haven't, take some notes. Without TOMA (which occurs when your clients remember that you exist and the purpose you serve in the marketplace), you will be constantly spinning your wheels in pursuit of your next set of clients. Now, as I have mentioned in the past, a good business person never stops marketing and ensures that they have establish a weekly marketing plan that accounts for 10-20 hours of their work week EVERY WEEK. Yes, I did say every week. If you don't learn how to stay in touch with your previous and current clients and customers in creative ways via your weekly marketing plan, you are leaving money on the table.
Most small business owners dread marketing because they ASSUME that it's going to cost all the money they have to grow their business. Well, that's not entirely true. Yes, marketing can cost money but there are several low cost solutions to creating TOMA which will allow you to build clients for life if you create a system that includes:
- Sporadic phone calls - each week, when I am completing my weekly marketing plan, I make a list of 2-3 clients - current or previous that I can call just to see how they are doing. I do not call them to sell them a product; I call them to show that I care for them. Note: If you create a client database and keep a list of birthdays and anniversaries, you can use this as the schedule to determine when you call. I still do this frequently and sometimes I am the only birthday wish a client receives. Talk about TOMA!
- Send a weekly e-zine - be sure that your e-zine is more about content that adds value and solves problems then pushing your latest and greatest product. Now, there is a balance to strike here because you also want to ensure that your clients know that you still can solve their problem with your products and services. It is not acceptable to send a monthly or quarterly e-zine, you must keep in touch with your clients on a weekly basis.
- Handwritten notes or cards - on that weekly marketing plan, be sure to list who's going to get a handwritten note from you that week. First of all, email IS overrated and many of your clients and prospects' mailboxes are flooded with messages that do not add value, so it is quite possible that they will miss your high-value, high content e-zine. To combat this, send handwritten notes. Make your goal to send at least 5 each week (just one per day). Use those who've purchased from you in the past, previous clients and hot prospects in this list and be sure to write a handwritten note to them. Trust me; it will make a big difference. Note: Create your own note card with your company logo and keep them on hand so you can keep your branding clear and succinct.
- Send all clients and customers a warm letter - this will let them know what you are up to and it can also serve as a way to get them to become brand ambassadors for you. When you remind them of what you do and who you work with (you can simply use the 30-second commercial formula I shared with you previously) and put it in writing, they can begin to refer people they know to you. These should go out every month if possible with a different theme or focus or minimally, every quarter. These should also go to family and friends. If they know exactly what you do, they'd refer people that are complaining of the problems you solve. You'd have more clients to add into your other systems and to serve with your Incredible Factor.
- Offer free tele-classes or training that highlights your ability to solve the problems of your ideal clients. No matter what you do, there is something that you can share via a tele-class that will help your clients and prospects see you as the solution. You want to again, offer high-value, high content, but you also want to ensure that you have a full resource available (some sort of solution) from your catalog of products and services that will allow them to learn more or completely solve the problems they are currently experiencing.
In today's marketplace, you have to stand out if you want to be seen as the ONLY solution to the problems of your ideal client. If you want to stand out, you need a system that allows you to remain TOMA with a low cost to you. Try these tips; let me know how they work for you.

5 Ways to Show Your Ideal Clients Some LOVE - Darnyelle A. Jervey

Entrepreneurs are extremely creative people and they typically love what they do. They love solving problems for their clients and they love showcasing their gifts and talents for the benefit of others. When you love what you do, it's a natural inclination to want to share it with other people. As an entrepreneur, it must be your goal to show your clients and prospects some love by not trying to "sell" to them; instead, show the value that you add to their lives and businesses by solving their problems. A successful entrepreneur knows how to show the love and uses their marketing efforts to build clients for life. Here are five ways that you can use your marketing efforts to show your clients some love:
1. Handwritten Notes - sending a handwritten note to an ideal prospect, previous client, or even a current client is a great way to show them that you love the value they add to your work and you love solving their problems. It's the personal touch, the fact that you've taken time out of your schedule to write a note to them that gets your TOMA - top of mind awareness. It is recommended that you send 3 to 5 handwritten notes each day. Handwritten notes should take the place of emails if you want to focus on building clients for life. Try this: Instead of allowing the business cards that you gather at networking events to sit in your office untouched for weeks and weeks at a time, create a system to send handwritten notes to those you've met so they remember you within in 48 hours of the initial contact. Be sure to have your own stationary created, to extend your brand positioning.
2. Irresistible Free Offers - your clients will know you love them every time you introduce a new irresistible free offer (IFO) for them. An IFO can be a tele-class, a webinar, an audio download, special report or a video tip where you add value for free, just because you love what you do and the value you add to the marketplace. An IFO is like the "pink spoon" at Baskin Robbins for your business. They give your ideal prospects a taste of what you offer to solve their problems and create a love affair that leaves them wanting the full sized solution. Of course it may go without saying, but be sure that your IFO has a call to action so they know how to extend their love affair.
3. Schedule a Client Appreciation Day or Night - schedule an opportunity to thank your clients virtually or in person. You can hold office hours where they can call you for a free laser coaching/consultation session of 5 minutes or you can get them all together and allow them to network with other clients and prospects that you are currently working with/connected to. People love to build relationships and create new partnerships and networks. So by opening your database to your ideal clients and prospects, you can help them to begin to build their own and they will love you for that. Additionally, with technology, if you have an account with one of the live streaming video sites, you can schedule a live broadcast and welcome your clients and prospects into your virtual event and share the love with them. When hosting a live client appreciation event, be sure to engage an event management team to give your event those special touches that leave clients and prospects ready to take their love to the next level.
4. Share Success Stories - everyone wants to be celebrated and loved and when you share the results and highlights that your ideal clients have gained in working with you, they will get some love from your prospects and website visitors that may need a product or service that they (your success story) offers. Highlighting others on your website is a great way to show the love and grow your client base at the same time. Remember social proof is a must if you want people to buy from you and success stories are the best way to show social proof.
5. Client of the Month feature in your e-zine - featuring a client in your e-zine each month is a great way to show them you love them and also celebrate a non-competing client and the products and services that they offer. This is different from a success story; this is a business spotlight and/or product highlight that helps to extend the reach that your client of the month has within their own business. This isn't about you; but you will gain clients for life when you show the love by highlighting their business to your database.
Your assignment:
Determine which way you will show your clients some love this week. You may select more than one if you'd like.
Create your plan of how you will get this done. List out each step that is necessary to get the task done this week. Can someone else help you? Always consider delegation to be sure the task doesn't get lost in the shuffle.
Be sure the task is completed by Friday so you can enjoy your weekend and get ready for next week's Incredible Factor Moment and Tip.
I love you!

Speak Their Language - Darnyelle A. Jervey

In today’s marketplace, many entrepreneurs struggle with consistently attracting their ideal clients using marketing systems and strategies. It’s believed that this challenge stems from a lack of taking the time to get clear about who your products and services were created for. Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs start a business out of lack or desperation instead of with a clear plan and strategy. When this happens, those entrepreneurs will consistently find themselves behind the 8-ball in their businesses because they do not have a calculated method of attracting clients and growing their business.
Many believe that marketing is something you can do when you need to and that it can easily be done to produce results. Unfortunately, this is a big misconception in business. Marketing is essential; what I like to call oxygen for your business – without it your business will die because your ideal clients aren’t receiving information that suggests that you exist to solve their problem. To alleviate this challenge, I recommend that you create a detailed ideal client profile. In doing so, you will become crystal clear about whom you desire to work with and the problems they are experiencing. Your marketing materials will then speak to them in such a way that they will choose you as the solution to their problems. When you’ve taken the time to complete a client profile, you will find yourself ready to create compelling marketing materials that immediately speak the language that your ideal clients understand and take action as a result of.
Until you learn how to speak the language of your ideal clients, it will be like trying to call your scattered friends and family together for a meal using a dog whistle – they won’t hear you and as a result they won’t take action. But when you do learn to speak their language, the benefits to your business will include:
1. An influx of ideal clients who recognize the solution you offer to their problems. Remember, people purchase when the problem they have is causing pain and they want to alleviate the pain. They chose from people they know, like and trust who have proven to offer the exact solution they need. When your marketing materials clearly speak to your clients, you won’t have room enough to manage the requests they will submit for your services.
2. Referrals from your ideal clients who quickly become your unpaid sales force, sharing with everyone they know that you are exactly what is needed to solve a problem. When we have received great service, we can’t stop talking about it. If you are able to speak their language and successfully deliver exactly what they needed with results and benefits, your ideal clients will start telling everyone they know and they will all start seeking you out as the solution they also need to ease their pain.
3. Increased exposure, a sense of fulfillment and more income – okay this is really three benefits rolled into one. The key here is that when it’s clear that you are talking to a person who you can help, you get personal satisfaction. Your Incredible Factor is changing lives and solving problems, which leads to success stories that increase your exposure and more income. The value of the service you provide goes up with every ounce of clarity you represent in the marketplace.
So go ahead and speak up, they can’t hear you.

Get CLEAR for 2011 - Darnyelle A. Jervey - Author, Speaker, Coach
1. Create a safe space in your home where you can get quiet and center yourself for at least 30 minutes to an hour. In this quiet space, breathe deeply and clear your mind from all the clutter - what you didn't do in 2010, what you wish you did differently in 2010, the relationships that ended, etc. Remember, it's time to stop giving your past permission to speak.
2. Leave your fears, your disappointments and your doubts behind you. Physically write them all down. Ask yourself, "What am I afraid of" until there's nothing left to write. Take a deep breath and review your list. You will hopefully be able to assess that there is no evidence to support those fears and that you have simply taken possesion of things that don't belong to you and internalized them until they got you stuck in your mess.
3. Evaluate your fears and replace them with statements that show confidence and conviction. Write each statement down in positive present tense.
4. Ask for what you REALLY want. Know the why, the true reason why you want it. REALLY personal Example: I want to be married not just for the sake of being married, but so that I can achieve my destiny. Don't get me wrong, I want all the perks that come with it but I also want to work, the challenges and triumphs. I want my soul/goal mate to take the journey with me. I don't want to arrive without him. Truthfully, I cannot do what I was created to do without my partner in my life. We have a destiny to fulfill, lives to change, people to empower and neither of us can do it alone. We need each other. He will be the true catalyst of destiny achievement and he will keep me inspired and focused through every leg of the journey as we travel to our destiny together.
5. Record your responses, thoughts, visions, reasons why, etc in a journal and begin to journal everyday for at least 15 minutes about what you see for yourself, what you want to accomplish, why you want it, why the world needs it and how you feel about it. Reflect in happiness. Cause your energy to positively shift around that which you want. And also record it on a vision board. I personally recommend you use a peg board so that as the vision changes, you can easily and effortlessly make modifications without the hassles of glue and poster board.
Make this a priority before January 1, 2011. Your next year depends on your clarity.

Weatherproofing Your Incredible Factor - Darnyelle A. Jervey - Author, Speaker, Business Coach
So what does this mean for your business? It can mean trouble if you don't have a plan, a strategic plan, that includes service delivery options that create comfort for your ideal clients. If you offer a service - a coach, speaker, writer, consultant, financial planner/advisor, etc, your product line must be diversified. If the only way you can offer your product or service is face to face, unless you have a 4x4 to handle the weather that you may get depending upon where you live, your business will not be serving many in the coming months.
My personal recommendation is that you conduct a product and service gap analysis. What do you offer now as well as what can you offer in the near future to meet client needs without being harassed by weather conditions? Even if the most challenging weather condition you face is rain and wind, how can you keep your clients safe from the weather while servicing their needs and earning income to support your lifestyle and family? Perhaps you are like me and you coach others and you [unlike me] have always focused on face to face coaching because the breakthroughs are more robust and feeling your client's energy warms your heart, etc. Well, please don't mistake me, that is great. I, too, enjoy face to face coaching opportunities and explore them with my VIP Days, but I also have many other options to work with my clients, which also removes geographic limitations on my business. Ask yourself: how can you offer the same level of breakthrough experience when we are 20 inches deep in the white stuff? Perhaps diversifying your coaching package options to include video conferencing might be a solution. You can still see your client, they can still see you, you're in your home, they're in theirs; but, business is still being done and you are still using your Incredible Factor to solve their problems. And for the most part, video conferencing is F-R-E-E....
This is just one example of how taking the time to sit down and develop a strategy to diversify your product offerings and service delivery methods can increase your client count and ensure that your business goes on regardless of what is happening with the weather.
How else can you diversify your product and service offerings? Need help coming up with a robust strategy? Invest in a I'm Ready to Play Big Strategy Session with me and I will show you how to make this wintry selling season the best you've ever seen in your business.
Your assignment:
Inspect the Incredible: Complete a self-assessment of your current business portfolio and ask yourself the following questions:
1. Determine all of the services that you offer that may be affected by the weather.
2. What can you offer instead? What options can you create?
3. How can you leverage technology to continue your service delivery to your ideal clients? Webinars, teleseminars, video conferencing, etc. Develop a plan to add these options into your current packages.
4. How might creating a passive income product help your product service model?
5. If you have a Blackberry, are you put it to full use? How about offer Blackberry access to your private clients for on the spot coaching?
Once solutions are present, implement, implement, implement...that is what separates the business women from the hobby girls.
